1.soak full moong in water over night.keep them wrapped up in moist soft wet cloth full day.again soak in water over night to germinate and sprout.
2. in the morning boil ( 2 mins ) the sprouted moong ,with salt to taste.if u wish ,u can remove the green skin ( rince in water repeatedly).
3.Grind in a mixer - coconut (grated)+dhanna seeds( corriander)+red chillies( full)+little tamarind.
4. for bagar( saute)- fry in oil (5/6 table spoons) rai+kadi patta+hing+chilly powder+haldi powder.
add the grounded masala and after 1 min.add the boiled moong and then further boil till moong are soft.
above " muga komb( sprtouted )" is typically eaten with " rice" and dry fish or papad etc.

halo all of u.
i am joining your community and shall post my " life's observations" ,not necessarily only mine but also my observations on people i meet or have met in the past.
also i wish to describe " FOOD RECIPES" as i am fond of " cooking/creating " recipes( my own ways }. I want to call the title " papa's recipes".foodies,especially from the " Indian Subcontinent" should visit my blog for the recipes.
